shipping
for international orders, i send my jewelry via international mail, with registered and priority options. after placing your order, you will receive a code to track your package.
it is very important to provide accurate details, including your full name, country, city, address, and zip code.
shipping time can vary, but it usually does not exceed 20 business days. following the various taxes and customs fees by country is challenging, so the flat shipping fee is set at €18.
within hungary, i use foxpost for shipping, which i consider the most reliable and predictable domestic solution. therefore, i will need your foxpost details, which you can leave in a note during checkout. this includes your full name, email address, phone number (+36!!), and the address of a nearby foxpost locker. delivery usually takes 1–3 business days and costs 2000 huf.
return / repair
if you encounter any issues with your jewelry, such as damage or breakage, i’ll repair it for you — just send me a dm on instagram!

szállítás
külföldi rendelés esetén az ékszereket nemzetközi postával küldöm, ajánlott és elsΕbbségi szolgáltatással. a rendelés leadása után kapsz egy nyomonkövetési kódot a csomagodhoz.
nagyon fontos, hogy pontos adatokat adj meg: név, ország, város, cím, irányítószám.
a szállítási idΕ változó lehet, de általában nem haladja meg a 20 munkanapot. az egyes országok adói és vámkezelése nehezen követhetΕ külön-külön, így az egységes szállítási díj: 18 euró.
magyarországon belül foxpost-tal küldöm az ékszereket, ezért kérlek, a fizetésnél hagyd ott a foxpost adataidat megjegyzésben: név, eβmail cím, telefonszám (+36!!), és egy közeli foxpost automata címe. a kézbesítés általában 1–3 munkanap, díja: 2000 huf.
visszaküldés / javítás
ha bármi probléma adódik az ékszerrel (pl. sérülés, törés stb.), csak írj instagram dm-et és megjavítom!
